As a Sales Manager B2B, you'll need to build good working relationships, understand the needs of your business customers, research the market and related products, present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face. Develop Business by identifying and selling Miwon MSG products, maintaining relations with B2B customers

 

Qualification:

  • Male, Max.45 y.o
  • Bachelor Degree from any major
  • The ability and desire to sell
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience as Sales B2B :
  1. B2B Sales Contract Management
  2. B2B Sales term of payment method.
  3. B2B Sales Loan or Bad Debt Management
  • Well verse in :
  1. Min 5 Years as Sales B2B Food/Food Ingredients specialized in MSG Product (This five years MUST in the last or current company and NOT the TOTAL working experience)
  2. In FOOD MANUFACTURE is A MUST
  3. In MANUFACTURE company and NOT in any other kinds of company (i.e. Banks, Travel Agent, Hotel, etc)

Responsibilities

As an Export Sales Staff, you will be responsible for:

  • The sale of products or services to customers in other countries, develop knowledge of the cultural, business and political background of the countries you are responsible for, together with an understanding of consumer tastes and also look for new opportunities to sell to different international markets.
  • Build up and maintain good relationships with customers, agents and distributors. To do this, you'll negotiate with them (often in a foreign language) to try to make a sale.
  • Carefully monitor the processing of orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule. When the product has finally been delivered, you might have to deal with any complaints or queries that occur

 

For this role, you'll be required to
